OUR STORY
Clear Pathway Developmental Services was born from lived experience, observation, and a growing awareness of a critical need within families and developmental environments.
Again and again, parents were receiving evaluations, recommendations, therapies, and behavior plans, but many were still left asking: “What do I actually do at home?”
Schools were overwhelmed. Families were exhausted. Children were dysregulated. And many environments lacked the practical structure necessary to support lasting developmental progress.
What became increasingly clear was this: Support systems often focused on isolated behaviors while overlooking the deeper ecology shaping those behaviors.
Clear Pathway was created to become a bridge between knowledge and implementation by offering practical developmental support rooted in structure, emotional regulation, relational safety, and sustainable systems.
What began as direct behavioral support evolved into a broader developmental framework that now informs every program, partnership, and service we provide.

OUR DEVELOPMENTAL APPROACH
Clear Pathway Developmental Services operates through a developmental, behavioral, psychoeducational, and relational-support framework. Our work may support emotional wellness, behavioral stabilization, social-emotional development, and relational health; however, we do not provide psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or clinical mental health treatment.

Nikia Posey – Founder & Developmental Strategist
Nikia Posey is a developmental strategist, behavioral support professional, systems thinker, and creator of The Root System™ methodology. Her work is rooted in a passion for helping individuals, families, schools, and organizations create environments that support sustainable growth, emotional regulation, identity development, and relational health.
With experience in behavioral intervention, developmental support, classroom environments, parent guidance, and systems-based implementation, Nikia brings a holistic and relational perspective to every ecosystem she serves.
Her philosophy integrates developmental understanding, environmental structure, behavioral insight, emotional awareness, and restorative leadership into practical systems that can be implemented in everyday life.
Through Clear Pathway, her mission is to help cultivate rooted environments where individuals are not merely managed, but meaningfully developed.
